Got the idea for this one from ACCustomfigures. Took some liberties with the design. Sculpted the lightning instead of painting it. I'll probably re-do him eventually! Thanks for looking!

Used the Mask and arm bolts from my broken Toy Biz Electro. Sculpted the lightning on the legs and chest.
