Here's Jervis Tetch, the Mad Hatter!
My first exposition to the character was through the BTAS cartoon. I enjoyed the episode "Mad as a Hatter" and even more "Perchance to dream". So though he's B-list Bat-villain, I wanted him to join my Arkham Asylum of customs.

Base, pistol : Indiana Jones
Forearms : MIB figure
Shoes : Origins Sabretooth
Coat : MU Jubilee
Hat : made from scratch
Teapot and teacup : Playmobil (gracefully lent from my daughter's toychest)

Resculpted nose, sculpted sideburns, weirdo smile and oversized bowtie.
The choice of paints wasn't obvious for me, I finally went with a dark green for the coat/hat and orange-red hair. The colors are kinda muted so you could picture him in a Victorian era setting (were he not surrounded by villainous Bat-freaks).
