I took a regular Agent Venom figure and reworked it.
The first thing I wanted to do was make interchangeable heads. The Flash head is a cast of the unmasked Batman Beyond head. I sculpted tendrils and symbiote blobs around it to make it look like he is mid transformation. The Venom head came from an Spiderman Classics Venom figure and was repainted.
All of the red colors are metallic. I saw too many red repaints and wanted to make it unique. So I painted the logo and all of the white parts chrome. Then I painted over the chrome in clear red to make it reflective.
I removed the stationary holster and added a working one. I did all of the detail work on the buckles and canisters to make it look more realistic.
Its a pretty easy figure to make if you have a steady hand with painting and know how to hollow out a head cast to fit a peg.
