Another one of those "put it off then Hasbro debuts a factory release" type of situations. I'd been sitting on all the parts to make myself a Ms. Marvel FOREVER, but kept distracting myself with other projects. Of course, Hasbro presents their version and it's quite nice. The more I looked at it though, the more I found various nitpicky things that made me want to move forward with my own version (also just don't feel like hunting at Target and buying a 3-pack for one wanted figure).
Carol is based on a WWE Rosa Mendes body, WWE Tamina Snuka lower legs chopped down to bring her into Legends compliance, ML ASM2 Black Cat head with Rosa's head. I really feel the Black Cat head is the best looking of the newer Legends female heads, and its already been used on a number of Ms. Marvel customs successfully. Still need to add her rocker ankles, but otherwise, she's pretty much done and I'm stoked on her. =)
