Hello there! This is a Quasar that I completed back on September 2012 with a head upgrade on January 2013. His base is Spider-Man with Adam Warlock's head. The gauntlets are from Bulldozer and the cape is from Sentry. I painted the lining of the cape with a clear, glitter overcoat. It's actually quite neat in person as the cape sparkles in the light. I hope you guys enjoy!
