Awesome work! I've been waiting to see if anyone would venture into making an extended Thanos with the Base body. Looks like you also extended his head right? I have WIP for a Thanos head that's extended.

Not extended head.
I shaved the lower jaw and a temporal region of head to make the head small.
Part from eyes to a top was resculpted.
