Hi all, this is my first ever attempt at creating a custom figure. Inspiration came from the Back Mask in Arkham Origins and my secret love of Arts and Crafts. This is a very simple facesculpt and paint job on a BAS Two-Face figure using Apoxie Sculpt (great stuff) and enamel paint (nasty stuff) . I used a razor blade/box cutter to skupt the mask's facial details. The vest, pockets, cigarette, eyeballs and teeth were sculpted and added after I was happy with the skull's set. "After researching and studying the models posted on this fantastic website, as well as the ingenious techniques used by some of the models' creators, I decided to give it a go. I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the process and have realized an unfounded amount of admiration and respect to all those who have posted their customs on this site. The time, effort, creativity and skill that is needed to create something as great as what is shown on here is truly amazing... Thank You to Everyone with a special thankyou to ClayFace - incredible work on the Animated Batman figures - extremely envious of your masterpieces." Not great I know but I'm quite happy with it as I am a complete beginner. If you have any criticisms please do not hesitate to comment. Any words of advice on what I could have/should have done will be greatly appreciated. Most important lesson learned - Patience Hopefully more of this series to come... ![]() |
