This Elder has the nick name “Thorn” due to the preference martial arts skill of a close combat weapon bearing resemblance (attached to the left hand gauntlet). The Yautja species have life spans lasting upwards to a millennium. Thorn’s skills are unmatched as a true grand-master of the hunt as well as field battle at the age of 911 years. As with many elders he has created a new clan, The Shadow Clan, composed with numerous progeny and a variety of worthy hunter species from all galaxies that follow him as clan leader. This Clan symbol is at all times proudly displayed in bright red into battle or on the hunt on his right arm armor piece. What makes The Shadow Clan unlike others is the training to hunt in low or no illumination environments. The rigors of an initiation ritual not only include the slaying of a Xenomorph; however, they must also do so in the deepest part of the hive where they must move completely undetected to stand a chance from the hundreds of entry level drones. The initiate will present Thorn with a Xeno egg pod from the Queens chamber and the head of their first kill to be considered.

**Im looking for suggestions on materials to make 1:18 scale dreads w/o a figure or casting! I plan to construct many more.**

1- Thor Frost Giant from the movie line. (1:18 Scale /”3.75”)
2- Mcfarlane Scar predator AVP diorama (1:18 Scale)
3- Resin cast arm gauntlets, greaves, belt, shoulder armor and head from the scar.
a. The belt and shoulder armor is a flex cast resin.
4- Dreads are from the elder predator in the AVP mcfarlane sets.
5- Chest armor, boots and clan detail armor is sculpted using AVES
6- Everything painted.

In the scale of 1:18 this figure measures 5" tall which puts the 1:1 height @ 7'-5"
