Let me start out by saying that I was never a huge fan of Wonder Woman and her costume is probably the number one reason as to why. No matter how compelling her back story may be, I could never get beyond how skimpy artists chose to depict her. When I saw Kris Anka's rendition of her though, the character was redeemed in my eyes. He made simple design choices, like raising the shirt portion to her neck, turning the undies into a warrior skirt that fell pat her thighs, and moving the tiara up so that it gained an actual function in holding her hair back. These simple choices gave Wonder Woman some dignity in my opinion, and I wanted to honor Anka's design by creating a custom based off of his work. I sculpted all of the details onto a wrestler and repainted the figure. Let me know what you think!
