hey all, this is an old happy meal toy i had laying around from a few years back i decided to go ahead and repaint to make it look cool, since it was just a hunk of blue plastic with stickers on the sides. so i went ahead and repainted it using winsor & newton and reeve's acrylic paints. this was just to practice painting and doing some washes.
