And here I thought I was done with all the Elemental Lad's from the Legion Universe! Here we have his threeboot version, or Earth-Prime as it was called. But to be honest: this costume was really cool, but his powers sucked. He could only transmute things for 60 seconds and if he was touching it...no wonder Superboy-Prime killed him.
