Hey everyone, here is my second attempt at the cool seafarer know as Stingray. I used a Ml Cylcops (Jubilee Wave)sculpted the head and added the wings via foamy sheets. The water base is leftover from a DC direct Firestorm for a project I never finished. Hope you like.
