Hi everybody! Here is a Vance Astro aka Major Victory that I completed right around last year's SDCC, July of 2013. His base is Constrictor with Silver Surfer's head and Cyclops' arms. The shield is from Captain America. I tried to give him a glossy white and metallic blue paint job. I hope you guys enjoy!
