Had an idea for this guy out of the blue. I'm no fan of the Cosmic Enforcers; I think their ideology is nonsense and actions make them unintentional villains. So with that in mind, I made this unintentional villain.

I know his sword sucks. I want the Spy Monkey Sword of the Empyrean but instead all I could get was this poorly cast facsimile from an online casting service.

Also, yes, the Fallout series reference is intentional.

Upon the death of He-Ro and King Grayskull, the Trollans decided an elite force would be necessary to help fight evil as the Power of the Universe lay dormant. A group of powerful warriors from across the galaxy was assembled, given access to superior weapons, technology and tasked to fight evil and protect life. Zax-Or was the strongest of these and chosen to lead the new Cosmic Enforcers into glory. Peerless in his dedication, Zax-Or was overwhelmed by the responsibility of protecting an entire galaxy. He developed an AI nano-computer to allow him to assimilate all the data of the universe and make long term decisions for the sake of galactic stability. Over time, the AI assimilated Zax-Or’s body. Coldly deciding the best way to preserve life was to create stalemates between Good and Evil, the new Zax-Or strikes out at the universe in a ruthless effort in the name of Balance!
