You know what I've come to love? Themes. They're so nice and organized. Occasionally limiting, but they've helped me line up my projects for the next two months. I can't complain about that. But, enough of my inane rambling here. This week's theme is the New Warriors. I've made Nova, Night Thrasher, and multiple variations of Firestar. Each time I've been asked about the rest of the popular team. So, I've finally gotten around to them. To start us off we have the leader of the team, the man who brought them all together, Night Thrasher. I fixed up a different design before, but I wanted to try one I remember more from his New Warriors days. Dude has actually gone through a few different variations of his costume. Sculpted up kneepads, shoulder pieces, and the belt. Belt came from Iron Fist, cut down to fit, and head is from Storm Shadow. Used the batons from Mockingbird to finish him up. Overall, really simple, but I had to take some guesses on the head. I couldn't find a good 360 shot of it anywhere, so I just did some painting until I came up with this.
