I started with a nick fury ML for my base. I ripped his gear off the torso and gave a light sand to get the glue off. Next I took the arms off a UFC figure and a head from a 6 inch GI JOE. I had to keep repainting and repainting, my lines on his chest were really off, but finally felt it was a decent look. left the boots straight red and belt blank for more of an old deadpool look.
