Here's my rendition of Darth Sion (from Knights of the Old Republic).
Although I've never played the game, I first found out about him when I saw another custom and decided to make one to add to my collection of SW customs.

Recipe:
*GI Dreadnought figure
*Some soft goods
*Aves apoxie for shoulder pad, boot straps, plates on skirt, and all over body and head to create scars
*Shoulder piece is attached via mini magnet, so I can remove it and put it back on pretty easily. I did it so that he had full mobility of the arm.
*Primed black with multiple layers of dry painting to get a dead skin look (and various red paints for blood)
*Used costume jewelry from Michaels for the bolts
* I didn't have any spare ligthsabers, so I made one from styrene tubes.
