I like the ToyBiz Cable, but I always felt he was a little small. So I decided to start with the Hyperion mold and go from there. Had to crack open the Hyperion and Stryfe mold to get the metal arm in there. Next I sanded down the Stryfe hand so that Nathan could grip his heavy artillery. I took a shoulder pad from Stryfe and some extra pouches along with some elastic bands painted yellow. Next I took Bishops boots and gave them a matching paint job. BTW, the original Cable shoulder pad works with this custom as well.
Thanks, I'll get some pics with the shoulder pad. I had an extra stryfe so that's the only reason I butchered him. Not sure what happened with the title, although I do have a Maverick custom to post as well.
That looks awesome man! The pouches work great, where did you get them from. Great use of the Hyperion head, which is what I plan on using too. I'd love to see the series 6 Cable shoulder thing on him just to compare. I may have to sculpt the arm on mine, wouldn't want to waste a Stryfe right arm for this Also - change the title! Cable not Maverick!
