This week, I wanted to focus on the Invaders. Mostly, the team has been comprised of lesser known characters. I've done Blazing Skull and Jim Hammond before, and honestly didn't feel like revisiting them at the moment. That worked out, though, since I found out about another flaming character, Captain Kerosene. I got a kick out of the name, but saw his costume as a chance to get some more practice with yellow paint. He's another flaming character that somehow managed to replicate the powers of the original Human Torch. He overexerted himself at one point, and turned to ash, but eventually reformed. Meaning he's pretty much immortal. I believe he was briefly a member of the Invaders during their original run.
