The shoulder armor is a flex cast resin. 4- Dreads are sculpted from flexible compound ratio 60/40 of ProCreate 5- Chest armor, boots and clan detail armor is sculpted using AVES and "Green Stuff" 6- Everything painted.
this concept was inspired on "what if the predator carved the armor from bone". The biomask color was inspired by the Predators film "Berserker" super predator.
Thank you, I feel some improvements after the third one, still a little way to go. Have 6 more frost giants to customize. They are fun to build.
they look to be scaled right height to 1:18 true; I feel Hasbro does GI Joe/star wars a little small sometimes and Marvel Universe a little over. but the frost giant works.
Oh yea you're completely right about that. GI Joe's however are true to the 1:18" scale... if you measure them they come out to being normal human sizes when you convert them. It's MU that is really taller than 1:18" and as you're well aware the Frost Giant is a little taller than your average MU fig. The first waves of MU were actually to scale but since then they've increased size, which is fine by me but a pain for someone that likes to blend GI Joe parts.
