Nice custom!

But there is no bowtie, and its inaccurate due to the tie, I noticed that Tomfans version is more accurate to onscreen

Very cool.

Weirdly enough I helped out at a care home some time ago and there was an old man there who looked almost exactly like the aged Eleventh Doctor. It did make me wonder :O
