You have a lot of talent! I use Milliput Black for my sculpting because you don't have to cook it in the oven, so you can sculpt in multiple sessions. Once you mix the two parts of the clay together, it gives you about two workable sculpting hours, and then it gets very hard. I find it holds detail a bit better than Sculpy or Fimo, and with a bit of water, it can be smoothed out when wet, or sanded when cured. If you do want to try it, get it on eBay, because it's half the price it is in hobby shops.
