I came across an El Torito figure and just knew what I had to do with it. To make my midget psycho, I sculpted the head, added belts and straps from fodder bin, made him a gun and a fun finger accessory and painted him up.
I used that El Torito base before for the Einstein custom. Its a fantastic clean base with a lot of possibilities for smaller characthers customs..awesome work done bro
