Been trying to figure out what to do with this Zemo body, then I came across a Red Skull head. I did some searching, and I think I found a Marvel Legends figure of this basic design. That, or a really popular custom. Not sure. I don't look at Legends scale figures too much. Anyway, I liked it, and thought it would be cool to remake in the smaller build. Just added some sculpt to the arms to fill out the sleeves, gave him a cast jacket, upper legs from Ghost Rider, and lower legs from the Ultimate Cap in the movie line. Oh, and MU Cap's belt. Simple enough to pull together and I really like how he came out in the end.
