Hey folks
Seen a fair few folks do this and had to have. A crack myself. Instead of using my baf I bought one of those KO griots from eBay. Figure is slightly smaller than the baf but sculpt is still the same. Lacking in articulation though also

I added war hammer parts from a selection of tree parts. Cut off feet and added the base stumps, along with various extra branches. Re sculpted the face so he has an open mouth. Seen folks make him angry and didn't really wanna take that route but just wanted to change it.

Also added to lil spiders to the base, not sure why really lol

Finished as usual in Vallejo and citadel paints
