Frankie Galvan was a budding musician in New York City who LOVED playing mariachi songs on his guitar for his girl, Esperanza. While serenading her in Central Park one day, they were both caught in the middle of a shoot out between rival mob factions. Esperanza was killed immediately, while Frankie was taken to the hospital where he underwent brain surgery after taking a number of shots to the head. His body was a wonderful athletic specimen and it simply refused to give up, so he was taken to a top secret government facility where his brain was was fitted with implants to restore motor functions, and he was also equipped with a bionic eye and a pair of bionic arms, as his were badly damaged taking multiple gunshots while he was trying to protect Esperanza. The arms enable him with tremendous strength and one is even fitted with a machine gun. The brain apparatus not only restored his brain functions, but his memory as well. After undergoing intensive therapy he was sent out into the world to act as a government agent to break up mob activity. However, he remembered every face from that fateful day, and swore to hunt them all down. Mobsters beware! El Mariachi Mechanico is out for blood.

Piledriver lower (waist, legs and feet)
The head gear was stuff I took from a dissected Terminator figure
Added a muscle shirt and a bionic eye with Apoxie
Painted with Tamiya semi gloss black and clear blue wash
The eye was painted Tamiya red with day glow green.
