I always liked the gray Killer Croc from when I was a kid watching the Batman cartoon. I started off with a dark gray and drybrushed him with a lighter gray and used black around the eyes. Let me know what you think.

I like it, that is a top notch paint job.
Though I like the green as well.
Crock is one of those characters with a lot of artistic license.
