Took a nick turtle bootleg and added a classic raph head. Added a classic raph belt and joined it with a fodder belt. Hanging belt straps are electrical tape. Removed the original bandana tie on the side and added a long one in the back from a jack sparrow. Glued to base. Added mousers. Sais are from some dollar store samurais. Painted and cleared. Wanted a classic turtle look with some upgrades.
I actually used a retro classics reproduction Raph from 2013 so I didn't have to destroy my vintage stuff. I drilled a big hole in the bottom of the head and trimmed the flat spot on the bottom to a rounded shape. Good luck with your build, and thanks for checking out my custom.
