The new Hawkeye had more of a Dark Hawkeye feel to it so I repainted the arms on him.
I painted the classic colors on my second Hawkeye and gave him flesh tone arm and shoulders.

I agree with you that he does have more of a Dark Hawkeye feel to him. Both figures look great! Think I might have to do the same.
