Batman is one of my favorite custom figures to make!! (Obviously, I keep making so many) I just love how dramatic he is with his flowing cape, and fine details like his gauntlets or his trusty utility belt.

Recipe:
With this custom, I took apart a DC Multiverse Arkham Origins Batman, and carved out the boots/ abs/ chest/ biceps/ and cowl until they were extra thin with smooth edges.

For the base, I used a Marvel Universe Iron Man figure. I hollowed out Batman's biceps and fit them over the sanded down Iron Man biceps.

I added a swivel at the forearm and fit Batman's gauntlets over them.

To finish off his arms, I added a shoulder pad from a Batman movie figure that looked similar to the Arkham Origin one, hallowed out the inside to make it thinner, then glued a thick piece of latex in between the pad and the shoulder. It made it flexible so that he could raise his arms all the way up without being restricted.

The boot were hallowed at the top, and fit over Iron Man's cut off shins. I precision cut his feet off, and added Iron Man boots that were posable and could swivel.

The abs were precision cut, and added into Iron Man's carved out midsection.

I used the same process to Batman's chest, and added it on top of the Iron Man figure. I used a Batman Arkham Knight head (my favorite) and shaped the ears to be smaller and thin.

I sculpted details of his stomach, his upper legs, parts of his arm and lower legs.

The cape is black spandex. I attached it so that his cape can be posed forward or back behind his shoulders.

And Batman is painted head to toe.
