His name is Black Jacket. They call him this because all his victims see is a black jacket before their demise. Few have survived to tell the tale, murdered days later. Skilled in every form of combat, and with every weapon, he is prepared to do what he must to protect his city.

Kinda a little backstory on the character I made up pretty quickly. I liked it as I hope you do too. He's kinda Batman, Punisher, and Arrow combined and I like the idea! Anyway the recipe:

-Belt w/ holster: Han Solo's alternate belt
-Weapons: Punisher sniper rifle, TMNT Leonardo sword, Stormtrooper gun
-Base: Marvel Select Winter Soldier
