Kyle's Night Armor Iron Man Ver 2.0 D.O.B. 04/13/08
This is the Night Armor Iron man Version 2.0 (aka NA-2) Its my own design again (inspired by the 90's toybiz night armor) I painted Him like I do most of my Iron Man stuff, but ths time I experimented with Tamiya "Smoke" translucent paint, It took about 7 coats to gat it this dark, but he is SUPER SMOOTH and glossy. Check out my Metallic paints tutorial and try it your self ^_^

yeah, I'm finally glad to bust out the smoke color, been sitting on desk for about 10 months, its a challenge thats for sure. Thanks for the comments, and go ahead and use it wyldside, I know you will give inspiration props. and the base was just the red and gold mark 3 I think... I did the different colors myself ^_^

Hey Kyle, looks great man. The guy I had done the 12inch Stealth Iron Man for is also wanting me to paint another 12incher like this. He had found a CG image he sent for reference. I'm glad you done this figure though so that I can use your work for reference as well. Don't worry though I'll give you credit..lol.Again looks great.

Darn you man I was thinking about doing that. Looks amazing. I just picked up some Smoke paint like on Tuesday. What base colors did you use to get that different shades of dark? Thanks bro!
