This deisgn was pretty simple but I really like the outcome. Its a Harvey Dent Movie master figure with Joker Thug Movie Master hands. The head is from a DCUC Superboy which i painted the glasses' lenses to red and gave him the scarf and coat from Captain Boomerang. Pretty simple.
