I love kitbashing random 12 inch scale parts-there are just so many cool options you can go with, even with the most basic gear.

In this case, I was looking to try and make an Army of Two styled mercenary, minus the overly unrealistic world of Army of Two. Concept here is a Private Security styled officer-he's not so much a frontlines man in this job as much as he is military police or private bodyguard. He's still packing quite a few cool things though.

All of the gear was pulled from my fodder boxes. All the clothes are cloth, boots and body armor are rubber; all touched up with some paint to make them look a bit dirty. Guns and belt were all pulled from the same vein.

Last but not least is his face mask. Like I said, wanted an Ao2 style here, so I pulled that from the bin, it being from a GI Joe figure. Painted it straight up flat black, but since he's been doing this job for a while, the paint is starting to take a beating, so I weathered it up a bit.
