I like the proportions, personally. I dig that venom has a huge torso and hands. I even think his arms could have gone bigger. He's actually depicted that way in a lot of renditions, especially animated ones. I do see some Bagley and Mcfarlane in this figure too, which are some of my favorites after the great Sam Kieth (but that's just the fan boy talkin). I bet this thing looks almost black when it doesn't have a direct light source too. Overall great piece!

It looks awesome. My critique and it has nothing to do with your work and has more to do with the original sculpt, the bottom half of the body doesn't match up well with the top........the tops too big for the below the waistline bottom.....IMHO Excellent, I mean EXCELLENT paint work. We are so so so so so close to a perfect Venom here.
