"A member of Death Ops, Black Ice is actually a ghost who uses his mastery over ice to form a physical body. He has a very calm and calculating personality. Being a ghost makes him an undead spirit and therefore a target for the Reaper but Black Ice has no intention of leaving this realm peacefully."

The first member of Death Ops, an undead villain team I came up with. Black Ice is my first member. He is a ghost who can manifest and control Ice, which he uses to create a body for himself. While he is a villain he's not your typical villain, he is really just not ready to leave the realm of the living and is trying to hold on the best he can. This has unfortunately brought him into Death Ops and also made him an enemy of the Reaper. His powers include anything ice based, freezing people, creating ice weapons, changing his body into an ice cold mist. A passive ability he has is instantly dropping the temperature in his vicinity, not to freezing temperatures but to a lot colder than they should be. So while his motivations aren't all that villainous he has still done some pretty nasty stuff and ultimately he has to face Death in the end.

This custom began as a Superior Spidey. The head was completely resculpted and I dremelled his arms and hands to give an angular look (to fit in with the ice gimmick). His boots were made by just adding bits of foam to spidey's legs. His coat was hand sewn and was a bit of a pain but I still enjoyed doing it. He was painted with citadel paints, I used several drybrushed layers to further enhance the ice look, I think it turned out looking ok but I'll let you guys decide.
