I sculpted the head, hands,feet and tail.All these parts were molded and then cast in resin.

The antenae for the head were made seperately, molded and cast, then holes drilled in head and those were glued in.
The "teeth" were made using cut off pieces of a sewing pin and glued in to holes drilled in the mouth.

I used a(restrung) Mego-style Type 2 body and the hands and feet were made to work with those type joints.

Holes were drilled in the upper torso for the extra arms and those were strung together with 2mm elastic cord.

The tail has an interior pin and that was strung to the lower torso with elastic cord.

The head is a swivel ball joint type and it was strung from the interior pin in the neck to the "crossbar" piece in the lower torso.

The "main" arms and legs were then strung together like a Type 1 body using elastic cord.

I used a brown regular bodysuit, cut the bottom feet off to go over the Ovion feet and cut slits in the suit for the extra arms and also the tail.
I stole the sleeves off a trashed ape tunic, put those on the extra arms and then sewed them to the suit.

Thin pieces of leather were then cut for the Ovion "skin" and glued to the suit using fabric glue.Then the fabric glue was used on the leather pieces to add more detail.

All those pieces and the head, hands, feet and tail were then all painted.
Finally the flock was added in between all the "skin" pieces.
