Very basic recipe here, started with a DCUC Star Sapphire Wonder Woman,Removed the collar, sanded down all the details, then re-sculpted the face to add on the mask and soften the chin line slightly and changed the hands and lower arms out with a Toy Biz Wasp. Shortened the legs slightly to even out the longer left leg to keep her in scale with the other Avengers. (did anyone else's WW have this problem) The whole figure was then repainted with Citadel acrylics and done.
