Quentin Tarantino (Original) Custom Action Figure
Custom #: | 7154 | Name: | Quentin Tarantino | Custom Type: | Action Figure | Toy Series: | Original | Creator: | Kyle Robinson | Date Added: | April 18, 2008 | Base Figure: | rapist from planet terror / wrestler? | Height: | 7.00 inches |
Well, here it is, the Quentin Tarantino action figure complete with custom blister packaging. The figure was made from a fully repainted wrestling figure (name escapers me at the moment) and the head and torso section of jacket are from NECA's Planet Terror "Rapist" QT figure. Not whole lot of tedious work here, but I think its really effective at the man himself. He comes a Camera and tripod with break donw into parts to be placed in the blister, as well as a cellphone so he can make those important calls to.... whoever. He stands about 7 inches tall. Please wait... |

The games yes! The movies not so much. I was laying on the sarcasm pretty thick on that one!
He takes good game properties and kills them off. DOA, House of the Dead, and Alone in the Dark are more of his Masterpieces. He tried getting the rights to Metal Gear and Metroid but Kojima and Nintendo didn't fall for it. Actually John Woo has the Metroid license right now and Kojima still has yet to give the go ahead to anyone for a Metal gear flick. Rumor has it though hes been talking to Micheal Bay.
Oh I just realized I commented 3 times and never commented on the figure. He looks dead on so Kudos all the way!
I know theres a lot of QT haters out there but I don't see them making movies or the amount of money he gets.
(Uh I hate being serious about stuff )
Now, while I agree his films are amazing, he seems a bit high on himself if you know what I mean.
maybe I will smart guy
heh.................you should write a book.

Like every movie that has his name stamped on it as 'producer' or 'guest director' is automatically a classic or something.
Does he come with a 'I made like one good movie so I think I'm good at making movies and you people should watch them and appreciate them because they're different kinds of movies and now I shove it in other people's faces' accessory?
Uwe Boll
if I made more, sam raimi, and peter jackson would be top of the list, along with robert rodriguez & kevin smith.. ^_^
Next you should do George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Guillermo Del Toro, and Peter Jackson!
