This is the Batman that appeared in issues 11 & 12 of "HEX", the 80's series where Jonah Hex was transported to a post-apocalyptic future. Before he became the Batman, he was a gymnast and a criminology student who idolized the original Batman. When his parents were killed by one of the gangs infesting New York after the nuclear holocaust, he decided to become the Batman. His mission was to eliminate all guns from New York City.

The base body is a DCUC series 1 Batman. The new cuffs on his gloves and boots are sculpted. I had to reposition the spikes lower on his gloves to get the cuffs in the right place. I replaced the blue cape with a black one from a Yellow Lantern Batman. I added Apoxie Sculpt to the cape just above the shoulders to give an upswept look. I also re-made the points on his mask with styrene and Apoxie Sculpt.
