I always hated the Bucky Cap comicbook suit (all black on the bottom with normal cap design on top). It just looks like it wasn't very well thought-out. I'm hoping they will do a better design in the movie once Bucky takes over for Steve. Here is a concept of what I thought would have looked better.

Basically, I took the stealth suit Cap from Winter Soldier, swapped out the metal arm, Bucky head, and Ultimate Cap utility belt, then repainted various parts black to maintain a stealth, sleek design.
