I was reading about the Hydra Four earlier and apparently there's big speculation that the online in one of the pods resembles a Hydra variation of Vision. There's speculation. On the Hydra Four. I guess in some way, there was probably intent to bring them back at some point with a larger group, but it just never happened. So, next up is their counterpart to Iron Man. He is genetically modified to...wear a suit of armor. I don't think it was ever really mentioned, but this basically just seems like Hydra got some Stark armor and repurposed it. And then they named him Tactical Force. Because a bad name just wasn't bad enough. He wanted to be called Death Incarnate, but it was apparently taken. I looked that up immediate. Apparently it kind of is, if you count Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. So, instead he goes by Jeff. Or, apparently Kyle in Avengers Alliance on Facebook. Sculpted up the emblem, and then he's a straight repaint of the MU release. Simple enough, aside from the agony that was attempting the emblem.
