Thanks man. it´s basically mache; I make it with newspapers, tear them in small pieces, leave them for some minutes in water, and then a literally liquefy the thing in a cheap blender I bought specially for this task; then I squeeze the resulting dough and pour in some white glue, the proportions of the mix depend on the detail and hardness to achieve, the more glue the harder it will dry (also will need longer time to dry). I sculpt the most of the detail in this soft state, after the dough has dryed I use my dremel to work the final sculpt, the seal the whole thing, sand and paint.
