Subzero was always insanely popular, and Scorpion is the number one ninja on pretty much every chart there is, but neither ever appealed too greatly to me. While my favorite classic ninja is Reptile-I hate his actual reptilian look-Ermac has always consistently been a favorite. Of course, he has evolved over the years and doesn't quite qualify as a ninja anymore. I like his MKX design, but some of the fan concept art leading up to his reveal were just insane. I think my favorite design for him, though, was his alternate from the Mortal Kombat reboot. So, with this figure, I went with something close to that, with some variations along the way. I sculpted over the torso and the arms, and a bit to the belt/skirt piece after I removed the sword from it. It came from one of the Cobra Commanders. Head was a Storm Shadow cast, right hand was a Vortious cast, and left came from Spiderman. The lower legs were from the movie Thor, and actually fit quite smoothly. Gave him a full repaint, letting the black bleed through the red a bit for a darker look. Tried to pose him in his typical passive state, but it ended up look weird in photo form. Bit different from his actual design, but I have to admit, I really like it.
