The season 1 finale of Netflix's Daredevil was mind-blowing for me. The build up to the costume reveal was just so satisfying on so many levels. So of course, I couldn't wait to make my own figure of the new red suit. It manages to keep the iconic characteristics of the original design (blind eyes, horns, leg holster for sticks, red motif) yet still giving a more believable and tactical appearance.

The Stealth Suit Captain America was an excellent base for the new Netflix Daredevil design in my opinion. All I had to do was sculpt the horns, ear covers, shoulder pads, chest armor, and thigh holster straps. I added the holster from the movie Daredevil figure. I also switched out the legs using Electro's legs and I sculpted a different design shin guard over it. To further distinguish his face from Cap's, I gave him lip tone and scruff. It may not be noticeable, but the shin guards and the fore-arm guards are metallic to indicate the harder texture.

I am quite happy with how he turned out but would definitely love for Marvel Legends or Marvel Select to release an official figure of this design.
