Hi all! I took a dollar store wrestling figure, a 2012 shredder head and helmet, super shredder armor. Painted him stop light red and took a pleather like fabric for the belt. There are two pieces of Velcro on his back, where his shiny black cape can be attached.

The base figure leaves a bit to be desired, but that head next to the trimmed super shredder shoulder armor looks pretty good.
