Casey Jones is one of the coolest TMNT characters out there, and also a pretty easy one to customize depending on how you want your Casey to look. I went a pretty easy route with my version. A WWE Elite Seth Rollins body was the perfect base. Just added the head, bag, and some weapons from the original figure with a little bit of paint and I have a perfectly fine vigilante to beat up punkers in funny masks. Oh, I did change the strap on the bag to something from fodder though.
