Hey Bud - I had this custom made to go with my NECA scale Mad Max. It's not an official release, but we finally have a 7" scale version of Mel's head! You can even get the guy to paint it for an extra fee. Love your work! If Mel's not your Max - it's cool. The guy who sells Mel's head takes requests. You can always ask him to shrink a 1/6 scale Tom Hardy head. Just go to eBay and search "NECA Mel Gibson" and it should be one of the first results. (I'd include the link but it's not allowed).

This one is not for sale. However, I would consider making you a custom of your own though it would be fairly expensive($100+) This would cover getting the base head, body, and jacket. Plus assembly and painting time. PM me if you are still interested and thank you for your comment!
