I have been wanting a Thunderbolts Luke Cage figure for a while to display with my Defenders but it is valued very high now. So I decided to get cheap fodder (3-Pack Radioactive Man) and make my own. I took some liberties and tweaked the design a bit to make it a little more simple/cleaner and matched up the accessories more. A pretty straight forward sculpt and paint job, no part swaps.
