Burchell Clemens, aka Cottonmouth, first appeared as a premiere member of the Serpent Society, and had remained with them ever since. He has a bionic jaw that can unhinge like a snake's, and when he says he's gonna bite your head off, he's not kidding!
This figure started with Constrictor as the base. The face is Kraven and Toxin's spliced together. The snake hat is modded from a toy dinosaur.
